Parameters
vrf vrf-name (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vrf followed by the name of the VRF to enable the
debugging information on IS-IS. This information contains updates from
neighbors tied to the VRF that you specify. This command displays the debugging
details of the received LSPs from the neighbors.
interface (OPTIONAL) Identifies the interface type and the interface information:
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet
then the slot/port information.
• For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE then the
slot/port information.
• For a port channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel then a
number.
• For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan then a number from 1 to 4094.

default-information originate
Generates a default route into an IS-IS routing domain and controls the distribution of default information.
Syntax
default-information originate [always] [metric metric] [route-map map-name]
To disable the generation of a default route into the specified IS-IS routing domain, use the no
default-information originate [always] [metric metric] [route-map map-name]
command.
Parameters
always (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword always to have the default route always
advertised.
metric metric (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword metric then a number to assign to the route. The
range is from 0 to 16777215.
