logging buered
Enable logging and specify which messages are logged to an internal buer. By default, all messages are logged to the internal buer.
Syntax
logging buffered [level] [size]
To return to the default values, use the default logging buffered command.
To disable logging stored to an internal buer, use the no logging buffered command.
Parameters
level (OPTIONAL) Indicate a value from 0 to 7 or enter one of the following equivalent 
words: emergencies, alerts, critical, errors, warnings, 
notifications, informational, or debugging. The default is 7 or 
debugging.
size (OPTIONAL) Indicate the size, in bytes, of the logging buer. The number of 
messages buered depends on the size of each message. The range is from 40960 
to 524288. The default is 40960 bytes.
Defaults level = 7; size = 40960 bytes

Usage Information When you decrease the buer size, all messages stored in the buer are lost. Increasing the buer size does 
not aect messages stored in the buer.
Related Commands
clear logging — clears the logging buer.
default logging buered — returns the logging buered parameters to the default setting.
show logging — displays the logging setting and system messages in the internal buer.
