Usage Information To congure a COMMUNITY attribute, use the set community command in ROUTE-MAP mode.
In order that settings corresponding to the neighbor send-community command take eect, you 
must execute the 
clear ip bgp command immediately after you execute the neighbor send-
community command.
If you do not set any of the optional parameters (standard or extended), then both standard as well as 
extended attributes are sent. If you set either the standard or extended parameter, only the attribute that is 
specied is sent.
neighbor shutdown
Disable a BGP neighbor or peer group.

Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} shutdown
To enable a disabled neighbor or peer group, use the neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-
name}no shutdown command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group to disable or enable all routers within the peer 
group.
Defaults Enabled (that is, BGP neighbors and peer groups are disabled.)
