When the buffer-stats-snapshot is disabled, an informational message is dispayed to this effect when you attempt
to view the buffer statistics tracking resource information without polling details and historical snapshots.

Only the queues for which the buffer cell consumption is not zero are displayed. If an egress buffer is not present
