Setup Guide

The slot is keyed so that the I/O module fully inserts in only one way.
When you install the I/O module correctly, it snaps into place and is flush
with the back of the switch.

Important Points to Remember
The S6100–ON is designed to support two hot-swappable power supplies
with integrated fans that provide cooling for the chassis.
The S6100–ON ships with two power supplies.
The PSU slides into the slot smoothly. Do not force the PSU into a slot as
this action may damage the PSU or the S6100-ON chassis.
The S6100–ON supports AC and DC power supplies with two air-flow
directions (I/O to Utility and Utility to I/O). The S6100–ON does not
support mixing PSU types. The fan airflow direction for the PSUs must be
the same.
Module power is software controlled. You do not see module LEDs when
the system powers up.
