Users Guide
The following additional CAM allocation settings are supported.
Table 11. Additional Default CAM Allocation Settings
Additional CAM Allocation Setting
FCoE ACL (fcoeacl) 0
ISCSI Opt ACL (iscsioptacl) 0
You must enter l2acl, ipv4acl, l2qos, l2pt, ipv4qos, ipv4pbr, vrfv4acl, and fcoe allocations as a factor of 2, ipv6acl,
openflow, and vman_qos allocations as a factor of 3. Ipv4 acl region should also be in multiples of 3 when ipv4udf option is
enabled. All other prole allocations can use either even or odd numbered ranges.
NOTE: You can only have one odd number of blocks in the CLI conguration; the other blocks must be in factors of 2. For
example, a CLI conguration of 5+4+2+1+1 blocks is not supported; a conguration of 6+4+2+1 blocks is supported.
For the new settings to take eect, you must save the new CAM settings to the startup-cong (write-mem or copy run start)
then reload the system for the new settings to take eect.
CAM Allocation for Egress
To allocate the space for egress L2, IPV4, and IPV6 ACL, use the cam-acl-egress command. The total number of available FP blocks is
4. Allocate at least one group of L2ACL and IPV4 ACL.

NOTE
: Selecting default resets the CAM entries to the default settings. Select l2acl to allocate the desired space
for all other regions.
2 Enter the number of FP blocks for each region.

NOTE
: If you do not enter the allocation values for the CAM regions, the value is 0.
3 Execute write memory and verify that the new settings are written to the CAM on the next boot.
