使用するかを選択します。

注意 : ソース仮想ディスクの新しいポイントインタイムイメージを作成する前に、
ソース仮想ディスクに対するすべてのデータアクセス（
I/O）処理を停止するか、
データ転送を一時停止して、ソース仮想ディスクの正確なポイントインタイムイ
メージをキャプチャできるようにします。確実にすべての
I/O 処理を停止するため
に、
Windows

Internet Explorer

を含めすべてのアプリケーションを閉じます。
メモ : 関連付ける仮想ディスクのドライブ文字を削除するか（Windows）、仮想ド
ライブをアンマウントする（
Linux）ことによって、スナップショットとして安定
