小心： Dell 诊断程序仅适用于检测 Dell 系统。使用此程序检测其他系统可
能会导致不正确的系统响应或错误信息。
要运行 Dell 诊断程序：
1 将 Dell PowerVault NX3500 Resource 介质插入控制器的 DVD 驱动器中
并重新引导控制器。
控制器将引导至 DVD。
2 选择 Option 2 （选项 2 ） → Hardware Diagnostics （硬件诊断程序）。
此时将显示以下选项：
a Mpmemory diagnostic （ Mpmemory 诊断程序）（仅在输出日志中
支持控制台重定向）。
• 按 <ESC> 键以停止检测。
• 显示检测结果日志：memory.txt （的末尾）（ 就绪后按任
意键）。
b Delldiag 基于文本的诊断程序 （支持完全控制台重定向）。
c 以批处理方式循环 Mpmemory 和诊断程序。
d 选择 Quit （退出）。
3 选择相应的选项。
小心： 不要选择 File System Reinstall （文件系统重新安装）。这会重新安装
控制器上的映像并可能导致数据丢失。不要在功能系统上选择
FirmwareReset （固件重置），因为这会重置控制器上的 IP 并可能导致数据
丢失。
重新安装 PowerVault NX3500
注： 执行以下步骤之前，连接键盘、鼠标和显示器。
重新安装 PowerVault NX3500 软件：
1 将 Dell PowerVault Resource 介质插入关闭的节点。
系统将向管理员显示以下警告信息。
This operation will erase your current operating
system configuration. This operation cannot be
reversed once initiated. Please consult your
documentation before proceeding. Enter the following
string at the prompt to proceed:
resetmysystem 。
