hardware fault.
1. Try unloading the cartridge from the drive
with the Operator Panel or Web User
Interface.
If the cartridge unloads, move the
cartridge from the drive to the I/O
station. Remove the cartridge and inspect
for damage. If not damaged, return the
cartridge to the library. Run Library Verify
before normal library operations resume.
If the cartridge did not unload from the
drive, cycle the power supply and try
again.

Dell technical support” on page 111.
