Service Library: View Drive Logs
This page allows the drive logs to be viewed after selecting the following:
v Log Type
– Error: Logs drive error code information.
– SCSI: Logs ASC/ASCQ and FSC information.
v Additional Sense Code (ASC)
v Additional Sense Code Qualifier (ASCQ)
v Fault Symptom Code (FSC)
Service Library: Save Drive Dump
This menu item allows a drive memory dump to be saved to the host computer.
1. Select the drive.
2. Choose the regular drive memory dump option (data that is stored in flash), or the forced drive
memory dump option (data that is stored in memory and moved to flash).
3. Click Save Drive Dump.
When Save Drive Dump is clicked, the user has the option of saving the drive memory dump to their
hard disk drive. The progress status for the drive memory dump is shown on the System Status screen to
the right of the main Web User Interface screen.
