Steps
1. Remove the screw (M1.6x4) that secures the right fan (FAN1) to the system board and palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
CAUTION: Do not hold the fan assembly at the center, as it may damage the center bearing.
2. Remove the two screws (M2x4) that secure the right fan (FAN1) to the system board and palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
CAUTION: Do not hold the fan assembly at the center, as it may damage the center bearing.
3. Disconnect the right fan cable from the system board.
4. Lift the right fan (FAN1) off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
