Terug naar de Inhoudsopgave Dell™ Latitude ON™ Flash instellen Account instellen in Windows gebruiken: Als u nog geen gebruikersaccount voor Latitude ON Flash hebt gemaakt, verschijnt na het opstarten van Windows® een Welkomstmelding met een bericht dat Latitude ON™ Flash geïnstalleerd op de computer en een uitnodiging om dit te gebruiken. Eerst moet u een account maken voor Latitude ON Flash. 1. Klik op de knop Nu instellen. Het dialoogvenster Account instellen verschijnt.

Verbinding maken met een draadloos netwerk (WiFi) 1. Klik links in het dialoogvenster Netwerkconfiguratie op WiFi. Een lijst verschijnt met beschikbare netwerken, hun signaalsterkte en de beveiligingsniveaus. 2. Selecteer het netwerk waarmee u verbinding wilt maken. Om verbinding te maken met een niet-uitzendend WiFi-netwerk, klikt u op het pictogram +. Het dialoogvenster Verbinding maken met netwerk verschijnt.

Daarna biedt het systeem u de VMware-omgeving aan die u mag gebruiken volgens de regels van uw organisatie.

Een chatbericht verzenden Dubbelklik op de naam van de contactpersoon aan wie u een bericht wilt verzenden en typ het bericht in het venster Nieuw bericht. U kunt ook een Nieuw bericht... i selecteren in het menu Contacten van het venster Chat. Vervolgens voert u de Alias of Schermnaam in van de contactpersoon aan wie u een bericht wilt verzenden.

Tijdens de wizard Eerste Keer krijgt u de gelegenheid om dit te doen. Als u deze instelling tijdens de wizard Eerste Keer hebt overgeslagen, verschijnt hetzelfde dialoogvenster de eerste keer dat u op de LaunchBar of in het hoofdvenster van Latitude ON Flash op Mail klikt.

Ga met de muisaanwijzer naar het pictogram om de huidige WWAN-verbindingsstatus en de gedetecteerde signaalsterkte weer te geven.
