Enabling VMMQ on the Virtual Machine Switch
To enable VMMQ on the virtual machine switch:
 Issue the following Windows PowerShell command:
PS C:\Users\Administrators> Set-VMSwitch -name q1
-defaultqueuevmmqenabled $true -defaultqueuevmmqqueuepairs 4
