1. On the NIC Configuration page (Figure 6-4), for the Boot Protocol option, 
select UEFI iSCSI HBA (requires NPAR mode).

Configuring iSCSI Boot Options
iSCSI boot configuration options include: 
 Static iSCSI Boot Configuration
 Dynamic iSCSI Boot Configuration
 Enabling CHAP Authentication
Static iSCSI Boot Configuration
In a static configuration, you must enter data for the following:
 Initiator IP address
 Initiator IQN
 Target parameters (obtained in “Configuring the Storage Target” on page 71)

NOTE
Use the Virtual LAN Mode and Virtual LAN ID options on this page only for 
PXE boot. If a vLAN is needed for UEFI iSCSI HBA boot mode, see Step 3 
of Static iSCSI Boot Configuration.
