Unable to delete folders from mounted volumes.

Windows Storage Management Console
File Server Management

expand
Disk and Volume Management
. Using
Disk Management
,
create a new primary partition and mount it as an empty NTFS folder
in an existing volume.
After mounting a volume as a folder, copy files and folders into it.
Then, if you try to delete any of the folders, the following error message
is displayed:
Cannot Delete folder: Access is denied. Make
sure the disk is not full or write-protected and
that the file is not currently in use.

On Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 (x64), an MsiInstaller error has
occurred in the Application log.
After the installation of your Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 x64
Edition is completed, the following MsiInstaller error and warnings are
displayed in the Application log:
