The message will only show up 1 time and not show again if the user chooses
‘Yes’. When the user selects any energy options, it will not show up again.

If the user choose ‘No’, and the next time they attempt to increase the Brightness
beyond the default, this message will pop-up again.

When user choose ‘No’, the value will be set at the last saved value.

The Power warning message will only show up again when the users do a
Factory Reset.
