If the Encryption client is not installed, a message displays that Unlock failed. Move to a computer with the Encryption client

installed.

5 When download and unlock are complete, copy les you need to recover from this drive. All les are readable.

Do not click Finish until

you have recovered the les

6 After you recover the les and are ready to re-lock the les, click Finish.

After you click Finish, the encrypted les are no longer available
