Logging in to IT Assistant

Double-click the IT Assistant icon on your system's desktop.

NOTE: If Single Sign-On is configured, the Log in dialog box is not displayed.

Enter a user name and password.

Select

Active Directory Login

if you have configured user information

using the Microsoft Active Directory plug-in.

NOTE: Click OK within 5 minutes. Otherwise, IT Assistant does not load

properly.

NOTE: Several pop-ups may appear during IT Assistant startup.

Select

View Certificate



Install Certificate

(if available) or

choose

Always
