Requirement Description
NOTE: For vApps, VMs must be in the root to be able to create a snapshot. VMs within nested
vApps are not supported by RMSV.

Exchange Verication Service
The following table lists requirements for installing and using the optional Exchange Verication Service.
Requirement Description
Processor x86-64-bit (AMD64-compatible only, including Intel 64)
NOTE: The Itanium 64-bit architecture is not supported.
Operating System Any of the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 (including Server Core)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 (including Server Core)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 (including Server Core)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (Desktop Experience)/Server 2016
Microsoft .NET Framework Full .NET Framework version 4.6
NOTE: Windows 2008 R2 Server Core requires SP1 (or later) to install the full .NET
Framework version 4.6.
Privileges Administrative privileges are required to install Replay Manager Verication Service on a Microsoft
Server.
