Step 5B: The Activated DR Volume is Deactivated
After the replication from the activated DR volume to the original source volume is synchronized, Storage Manager prompts the
administrator to halt IO to the secondary volume.
NOTE:
IO must be halted before the destination volume is deactivated because the deactivation process unmaps the
volume from the server.
