Storage System Scalability Guidelines

The following scalability guidelines apply to SC9000, SC8000, SC7020, SC4020, and SCv2000 Series storage systems.

NOTE:

Raw storage space is expressed in decimal units (for example, 1 TB = 10

bytes). Addressable storage space is

expressed in base 2 units (for example, 1 TB = 2

bytes). Therefore, a 1 TB drive measured in decimal units is equal to 0.909 TB

base 2 units.
