system shutdown
Description
Enables an Administrator to shut down a Storage Center. You cannot shutdown until all controllers are in the Up state. This ensures that
the Storage Center shuts down elegantly.
NOTE: Restarting a controller that has been shutdown requires manual intervention. The power button on the Storage Center
controller must be pressed to restore power.
