View an Existing Threshold Denition
Select a threshold denition on the Denitions tab to view assigned objects, current threshold alerts, and historical threshold alerts.
1 Click Threshold Alerts in the view pane to display the Threshold Alerts window.
2 Click the Denitions tab.
3 Select the threshold denition to view. The threshold denition appears in the bottom pane of the Denitions tab.
In addition, the following tabs appear in the bottom pane of the Denitions tab:
Assigned Objects: Displays the storage objects assigned to the selected threshold denition.
Current Thresholds: Displays the threshold alerts that are currently active for the selected threshold denition.
Historical Threshold: Displays recent threshold alerts that are no longer active for the selected threshold denition.

Edit an Existing Threshold Denition
Edit a threshold denition to change the name, notication settings, or schedule settings.
1 Click the Threshold Alerts view.
2 Click the Denitions tab.
3 Select the threshold denition to edit and click Edit Settings in the bottom pane. The Edit Threshold Denition dialog box appears.
4 To change the name of the threshold denition, enter a new name in the Name eld.
5 To change the threshold value and email notication settings for the Error threshold alert, enter new values in the Error Settings
elds.
6 To change the threshold value and email notication settings for the Warning threshold alert, enter new values in the Warning
Settings elds.
7 To change the threshold value and email notication settings for the Info threshold alert, enter new values in the Info Settings elds.
8 To change the period of time that Storage Manager monitors the threshold denition
Select or clear the Time Constraint check box to enable or disable the time constraint.
If the Time Constraint check box is selected, enter the start of the time period in the Start Time eld and enter the end of the
time period in the End Time eld.
9 To change the days of the week that Storage Manager monitors the threshold denition:
