Storage Center Storage Center on which the volume resides

Dell SN Dell serial number of the volume

Dell Index Object index for the volume

Size Size of the volume

Disk Folder Storage Center disk folder location

Volume Folder Folder location of the volume

Storage Type Storage type of the volume

Status Current status for the volume, as well as the controller on which the volume is active

Snapshot Profiles Snapshot Profiles applied to the volume

Storage Profiles Storage profile for the volume

Volume QoS Profile QoS profile for the volume

Write Cache Indicates whether write cache is enabled for the volume

Read Cache Indicates whether read cache is enabled for the volume

Created By User that created the volume and time and date of creation

Updated By User that updated the volume and time and date of the update

Notes Descriptive notes for the volume

Viewing Usage Statistics

The Usage Statistics tab in the Dell Storage Monitor view displays usage information about a selected datastore.

Steps

1. In the left navigation pane, select a Storage Center object such as one of the following:

• Host

• Datacenter

• Datastore

• Datastore cluster

• Virtual machine

2. Click the Monitor tab.

3. In the middle navigation pane, scroll down and select Dell Storage.

4. In the top pane of the view, select a datastore.

5. In the lower pane of the view, click the Usage Statistics tab.
