The Copy Database Wizard can perform all the tasks above, but there are restrictions on each. Note that

the destination server must be running SQL Server 2005 SP2 or later. For more information on the Copy

Note: To ensure optimal performance of an upgraded database, Microsoft recommends running

sp_updatestats (update statistics) against the upgraded database on the SQL Server.
