Protect Your Device Data with a Password
1 Touch the H ome button → Apps button →
Settings
→ Location & security.
2 Touc h
Configure lock screen under the Lock screen section→
Password .
3 On the Choose your password page that appears, enter a
password in the text box. A valid password consists of at least 4
characters and contains at least one letter.
4 Touch Continue to proceed.
5 Enter the password again to confirm.
6 Touc h OK.
To disable or change the password
1 Touch the H ome button → Apps button →
Settings
→ Location & security.
2 Touc h
Configure lock screen under the Lock screen section .
3 Enter the password you have enabled.
4 Select Not secured to disable the PIN; select Password to change
the password.

