To read e-mails
• When you receive a new e-mail in the Gmail application, the e-
mail icon appears in the notifications area of the system bar to
alert you of a new e-mail. Touch the icon to open the new e-mail
to view it in the Gmail application.
•While in the inbox or in any other folder, scroll the e-mail threads
on the screen, and then touch an e-mail thread to view the e-
mails inside.
7 Touch the Refresh button to send or receive e-mails and to synchronize
your e-mails with your Gmail account on the Internet.
8 Touch to compose an e-mail.
9 Touch to searc h for e -mail s .
1 Touch to read the next e-mail thread.
2 Touch to read the previous e-mail thread.
3 Tou ch Reply to reply to the contact.
4 Touch Reply all to reply to all contacts in the mail loop.
5 Touch Forward to forward the e-mail to another contact.
6 Touch to star an e-mail. To check the starred e-mails, go to the Starred
folder.
