Obtaining Assistance
CAUTION: Before working inside your computer, follow the safety instructions

If you experience a problem with your computer, complete the following steps
to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem:

See "Troubleshooting" on page 271 for information and procedures that
pertain to the problem your computer is experiencing.

Run the Dell Diagnostics (see "Running the Dell Diagnostics" on
page 281).

Fill out the "Diagnostics Checklist" on page 336. This checklist helps you
to organize information Dell’s support services will need to troubleshoot
your computer.
