12. 打开指向运行 Windows Server Core 的系统的远程桌面连接并运行 SupportAssist Enterprise installer.exe 文件。
在 Linux 上安装 SupportAssist Enterprise
前提条件
● 下载适用于 Linux 操作系统的 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序包。请参阅 下载 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序包。
● 以根权限登录系统。
● 必须在系统上安装 Net-SNMP。有关安装 Net SNMP 的信息，请参阅 在运行 Linux 的服务器上安装 Net-SNMP。
注: 如果您在安装 SupportAssist Enterprise 后选择安装 Net - SNMP，请确保在安装 Net-SNMP 之后运行脚本文件
snmptrapdServiceConfiguration.sh。完成 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装后，该脚本文件可从 /opt/dell/
supportassist/scripts 中获得。
● 系统必须满足安装 SupportAssist Enterprise 的要求。请参阅 安装和使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 的最低要求。
● 如果您使用的是 Linux 终端仿真器（如 PuTTY）远程安装 SupportAssist Enterprise，请确保您正在使用 PuTTY 版本 0.63 或更高版
本。
● 在 Debian 操作系统上，确保 en_US.utf.8 区域设置包已安装。
○ 如果未安装区域设置，请使用 apt-get install locales 命令安装区域设置。
○ 如果已安装了任何其他区域设置，您可以安装 dpkg-reconfigure locales 命令安装 en_US.utf.8 区域设置。
步骤
1. 在运行 Linux 操作系统的系统中打开终端窗口。
2. 浏览到 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装包所在的文件夹。
3. 请执行以下操作之一：
● 键入 chmod 744 supportassistenterprise_2.x.x.bin 并按 Enter 键。
● 键入 chmod +x supportassistenterprise_2.x.x.bin 并按 Enter 键。
4. 键入 ./supportassistenterprise_2.x.x.bin 并按 Enter 键。
此时会显示欢迎使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序消息。
5. 要继续，键入 c。
此时将显示 SupportAssist Enterprise 许可协议。
6. 阅读许可协议，然后键入 y 以开始安装。
默认情况下，如果 SupportAssist Enterprise 端口（9099 和 2424）均在使用中，系统将提示您以确保不使用这些端口或输入自定
义端口号。此外，SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页面将在网页浏览器窗口中打开。
注: 安装和使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 需要您允许 Dell EMC 保存特定个人可标识信息 (PII)，如您的联系信息、设备凭据
等。除非您同意允许 Dell EMC 保存您的 PII，否则不能进行 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装。
注: 如果您使用的是 Linux 终端仿真程序（例如 PuTTY）来远程安装 SupportAssist Enterprise，则不会显示 SupportAssist
Enterprise 登录页面。在此情况下，您可以使用以下方法之一访问 SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页面：
● 登录远程系统，并使用网页浏览器访问以下网址：
https://<IP address or host name of the server where SupportAssist Enterprise is
installed>:5700/SupportAssist
仅当网络上的 5700 端口处于打开状态时，方可从远程系统访问 SupportAssist Enterprise。
