此时将显示卸载或更改程序窗口。
2. 选择 Dell SupportAssist Enterprise，然后单击更改。

3. 单击“下一步”。
此时会显示 Dell SupportAssist Enterprise 维护窗口。
4. 选择移除，然后单击下一步。
注: 如果已设置适配器或 Remote Collector，系统会提示您删除适配器或 Remote Collector 后再卸载 SupportAssist
Enterprise。
此时会显示反馈窗口。
5. 从选择选项列表中选择相应的原因，填写评论，然后单击移除。
将显示移除程序窗口。
6. 单击移除。
注: 在 Windows Server 2016 中，在卸载正在进行时，用户帐户控制对话框可能会多次显示。
此时会显示卸载已完成窗口。
7. 单击 Finish。
SupportAssist Enterprise 现在已卸载。
卸载 SupportAssist Enterprise - Linux
前提条件
确保以根权限登录到安装 SupportAssist Enterprise 所在的服务器。
步骤
1. 打开终端窗口。
2. 浏览至 /opt/dell/supportassist/bin 文件夹。
3. 键入 ./uninstall 并按 Enter 键。
4. 要继续卸载，请键入 c。
注: 如果已设置适配器或 Remote Collector，系统会提示您删除适配器或 Remote Collector 后再卸载 SupportAssist
Enterprise。
5. 当提示您输入反馈意见时，请执行下面的一项操作：
• 要跳过反馈并开始卸载，请键入 n。
• 要提供反馈，请键入 y。
6. 如果您选择了提供反馈，请按下 SupportAssist Enterprise 卸载原因对应的数字。
结果
随即会显示 Dell SupportAssist Enterprise 卸载完成消息。
