5 Escreva SupportAssistConnectivity.exe TestConnectivity e prima Enter.
• Se as denições de ligação à internet no cheiro de conguração não estiverem corretas, surge a mensagem seguinte:
Unable to connect to Dell. Check if the Internet Connection Settings in the configuration
file are correct and then retry.
• Se a ligação à Dell não estiver disponível devido a uma falha temporária, será exibida a seguinte mensagem:
Unable to connect to Dell due to a temporary outage. Retry after some time.
• Se a conguração estiver concluída e o SupportAssist não conseguir estabelecer ligação à Dell, surge a mensagem seguinte:
Connection successful.
