• Op 64-bits systemen: \Program Files (64)\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin
• Op 32-bits systemen: \Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin
5 Typ SupportAssistConnectivity.exe TestConnectivity en druk op Enter.
• Als de instellingen voor de internetverbinding in het conguratiebestand niet juist zijn, wordt het volgende bericht weergegeven:
Unable to connect to Dell. Check if the Internet Connection Settings in the configuration
file are correct and then retry.
• Als de verbinding met Dell niet beschikbaar is vanwege een tijdelijke uitval, wordt het volgende bericht weergegeven:
Unable to connect to Dell due to a temporary outage. Retry after some time.
• Als de installatie is voltooid en SupportAssist kan verbinding maken met Dell, wordt het volgende bericht weergegeven:
Connection successful.
