• Em sistemas de 64 bits: \Program Files 64\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin
• Em sistemas de 32 bits: \Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin
5 Digite SupportAssistConnectivity.exe TestConnectivity e pressione Enter.
• Se as congurações da conexão com a internet no arquivo de conguração não estiverem corretas, a seguinte mensagem será
mostrada:
Unable to connect to Dell. Check if the Internet Connection Settings in the configuration
file are correct and then retry.
• Se a conexão com a Dell estiver indisponível devido a uma interrupção temporária, a mensagem a seguir será exibida:
Unable to connect to Dell due to a temporary outage. Retry after some time.
• Se a instalação estiver concluída e o SupportAssist puder se conectar à Dell, a seguinte mensagem será mostrada:
Connection successful.
