• En sistemas de 32 bits: \Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin
5 Escriba SupportAssistConnectivity.exe TestConnectivity y pulse Intro.
• Si los valores de la conexión a Internet en el archivo de conguración no son correctos, se muestra el siguiente mensaje:
Unable to connect to Dell. Check if the Internet Connection Settings in the configuration
file are correct and then retry.
• Si la conexión a Dell no está disponible debido a una interrupción temporal, se muestra el siguiente mensaje:
Unable to connect to Dell due to a temporary outage. Retry after some time.
• Si la conguración está completa y SupportAssist se puede conectar a Dell, se muestra el siguiente mensaje:
Connection successful.
