To collect full firmware data, usbarbitrator service should be stopped.

Description
On Linux Operating System (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x(64 bit) and SuSE Linux Enterprise 10.x(64 bit), if
Dell Online Diagnostics (OLD) is installed before DSET application, then DSET application may get
installed but is not operational due to incompatible version of srvadmin-hapi*.rpm installed by OLD.
Resolution
Uninstall the incompatible version of srvadmin-hapi and try to install DSET application again.

Issue 9:
Description
On Linux Operating system (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x(64 bit) or SuSE Linux Enterprise 10.x(64 bit), if
Dell Online Diagnostics (OLD) is installed before DSET application and SFCB is also installed, then DSET
application installation may fail with the following error: "Either SFCB installed on this system is not
functional or the 'root' password entered is incorrect. Please Check the 'root' password or
reinstall/upgrade the SFCB from Operating System Media and try re-installing DSET application" This
error is due to incompatible version of srvadmin-hapi*.rpm installed by OLD.
Resolution
Uninstall the incompatible version of srvadmin-hapi and try to install DSET application again.
