An unexpected error message is displayed while extracting a Linux-based report.
Description
MS-Windows is unable to process the request because the file name has a colon (:).
Resolution
Install either 7-zip or WinRAR, and then save the file. These software applications convert a colon (:) to
an underscore (_).
