In rare scenarios, a computer crash may occur at shutdown if exclusions for Trusted Device are not active for third-party

After upgrading, the Trusted Device agent writes an error in the service log due to service restart. As a workaround, reboot
the computer. [DPS-2333]
BIOS Verification entries in the Windows Event Viewer currently display unnecessary characters after the result. [DPS-2373]
If BIOS Verification is run without network connectivity, the BIOS Verification entry in Windows Event Viewer incorrectly
displays Platform is not supported. As a workaround, connect to a network and run the Trusted Device agent again.

Event Viewer Source locations are standardized for BIOS Verification and BIOS Events & Indicators of Attack. For more

The Trusted Device desktop icon now can be suppressed during installation or upgrade. For more information, see Installation
in the Trusted Device Installation and Administrator Guide.
