ip domain-name
ip domain-name <name>
Description
This command configures the default domain name.
Syntax
Usage Guidelines
The controller uses the default domain name to complete hostnames that do not contain domain names. You
must have at least one domain name server configured on the controller (see “ip name-server” on page 286).
Example
The following command configures the default domain name:
(host) (config) #ip domain-name yourdomain.com

This command was available in ArubaOS 3.0.

domain-name Name used to complete unqualified host names. Do not specify the leading dot (.).
