show papi-security
Description
This command shows a configured papi-security profile.
Syntax
Parameter Description Range Default
PAPI Key
The key string. The key authenticates the messages
between systems.
Range: 10–64
characters
Enhanced security
mode
Indicates if the enhanced security mode is enabled
or disabled. This mode causes the system to reject
messages when an incorrect key is used.

Usage Guidelines
Issue this command to show the selected papi-security profile configuration. The papi-security command is used to
enforce advanced security options and provides an enhanced level of security.
The Parameter column displays the PAPI Key and Enhanced security mode parameters. The Value column displays
a Papi key value (encrypted) and indicates whether the Enhanced security mode is enabled or disabled. If an AP
cannot be authenticated because it has the wrong key, the show ap database command displays a “Bad key status.
