Provisions one or more APs with the values in the provisioning-params workspace. To use reprovision, you
must use read-bootinfo to retrieve the current values of the APs into the provisioning-ap-list.

If you are provisioning an 802.11n-capable AP, you can issue the sch-mode-radio-0
command to enable single-chain mode for the selected radio. AP radios in single-chain
mode will transmit and receive data using only legacy rates and single-stream HT
rates up to MCS 7. This setting is disabled by default.
