Access to Generated Reports
When a report is defined you can choose between two visibility options:
l By Role: Only AirWave users who have the same user role will be able to see the report. Users from other roles have
no access.
l By Subject: If a user's role allows her to view all of the devices/users/rogues in the report, she will be able to access
to the report. If the report contains information about any devices/users/rogues that she is not allowed to see, she will
not be able to see the report at all.
Creating a Report Using the Modify Devices Feature
Usually, an AirWave user will create a new report definition by going to the Reports > Definitions page and clicking
the Add button. It's also possible to create a report starting from any device list. Just click Modify Devices, choose the
devices you want to report on, and click Run Report.
