Aruba Devices
This release of AirWave supports the following Aruba devices and software.
Aruba Mobility Access Switches
The Aruba series of Mobility Access Switches (S3500, S2500, and S1500) are supported for profile configuration,
monitoring, and software upgrades.
In addition to the port statistics supported for most Ethernet switches with the supported firmware described
below, AirWave also tracks the activity of authenticated wired clients on Aruba switches.

AirWave provides basic monitoring and, in some cases, management ofthe third-party vendor devices listed
below. The following section describes the features, and provides the list of supported devices and firmware
versions.
Monitoring
AirWave supports the following basic monitoring features for third party devices, unless specified otherwise:
l User monitoring data such as connection time, username, SSID, and bandwidth
l Network monitoring data, including real-time and historical bandwidth and user count metrics
l Rogue detection and classification using our customizable rules
l VisualRF heatmaps and user/rogue location
