3. Specify the Add Proxy Target parameters as described in the following table, then click Save:
Parameter Action/Description
Name Enter the name of the proxy target.
Description Enter the description that provides additional information about the proxy target.
Hostname/Shared
Secret
Specify the RADIUS hostname.
Shared Secret
Verify Shared Secret
Enter the shared secret, then verify it.
NOTE: Use the same shared secret that you entered on the proxy target (refer to your
RADIUS server configuration).
RADIUS
Authentication Port
Enter the UDP port to send the RADIUS request. The default value for this port is 1812.
RADIUS Accounting
Port
Enter the UDP port to send the RADIUS accounting request. The default value for this port
is 1813.

Adding and Modifying Device Groups
Policy Manager groups devices into Device Groups, which function as a component in service and role
mapping rules. Device groups can also be associated with enforcement profiles; Policy Manager sends the
attributes associated with these profiles only if the request originated from a device belong to the device
groups.
Administrators configure device groups at the global level. Device groups can contain the members of the IP
address of a specified subnet, regular expression-based variation, or devices that are previously configured in
the Policy Manager database.
