5. To delete a user, click their Delete User link. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Deleting the user will
also delete all devices, TLS client certificates, and other data associated with the user. Certificates are deleted
according to the Certificate Authority's retention policy.
Certificate Management (View by Certificate)
To view the list of certificates and work with them, go to Onboard >Management and Control >View by
Certificate. The Certificate Management list view opens. This list displays all of the certificates and certificate
requests in the Onboard system.
Information provided in the Certificate Management list includes common name, certificate authority, serial
number (if available), certificate type, validity date range, and device type—iOS, Android, Windows, or None (if
not associated with a device type). Table 22 lists the types of certificate that are displayed in this list.
