attributes are assigned to a user (local or guest) account in the local database, these can be used in role
mapping policies.
The local user database is pre-configured with a filter to retrieve the password and the expiry time for the
account. Policy Manager can perform MSCHAPv2 and PAP/GTC authentication against the local database.
You configure primary and backup servers, session details, and the list of static hosts for Static Host List
authentication sources on the following tabs:

General Tab
The General tab labels the authentication source. The following figure shows an example of the Static Host
List - General tab followed by parameter definition:

Parameter Description
Name Specify the label of the authentication source.
Description Provide the additional information that helps to identify the authentication source.
Type Select the type of authentication. In this context, select Static Host List.
