8. (Optional) In the Email field, choose an email setting from the drop-down list. The email settings available in this
list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace > Onboard/MDM Configuration > Email > Create new Email
settings form. For more information, see "Creating and Editing Email Settings" on page 119.
9. (Optional) In the Exchange ActiveSync field, choose an ActiveSync configuration from the drop-down list. The
ActiveSync configurations available in this list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace >Onboard/MDM
Configuration >Exchange ActiveSync > Create new ActiveSync settings form. For more information, see
"Creating and Editing ActiveSync Settings " on page 122.
10. (Required) In the Networks field, mark the check box next to each network to include. The profile must include at
least one network. The networks available here were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace > Onboard/MDM
Configuration >Network Settings >Create new network form. For more information, see "Configuring Basic
Network Access Settings " on page 124 and the related topics for the form.
11. (Optional) In the Passcode Policy field, choose a passcode policy configuration from the drop-down list. The
passcode policy configurations available in this list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace >Onboard/MDM
Configuration >Passcode Policy > Create new passcode policy form. For more information, see "Configuring an
iOS Device Passcode Policy " on page 132.
12. (Optional) In the Subscribed Calendar field, choose a calendar subscription setting from the drop-down list. The
calendar subscription settings available in this list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace > Onboard/MDM
Configuration > Subscribed Calendar > Create new Subscribed Calendar settings form. For more information,
see "Creating and Editing Calendar Subscription Settings" on page 135.
13. (Optional) In the VPN Settings field, choose a VPN settings configuration from the drop-down list. The VPN
configurations available in this list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace >Onboard/MDM Configuration
>VPN Settings > Create new VPN settings form. For more information, see "Configuring an iOS Device VPN
Connection " on page 137.
14. (Optional) In the Web Clips field, choose the Web clips you need from the drop-down list. This drop-down list is
only available if you have defined Web clip settings on the Onboard + WorkSpace >Onboard/MDM
Configuration >Web Clips and Bookmarks > Create new Web clip form. For more information, see "Creating
and Editing Web Clips" on page 140.
15. (Optional) In the WorkSpace field, choose a WorkSpace setting from the drop-down list. The WorkSpace settings
available in this list were created on the Onboard + WorkSpace > WorkSpace Configuration > WorkSpace >
Create new WorkSpace setting form. For more information, see "Editing WorkSpace Settings" on page 168.
16. Click Save Changes. The configuration profile is included in the Configuration Profile drop-down list on the
Provisioning Settings form and can be associated with a device provisioning configuration set.
App Sets
App sets let you specify either individual apps or groups of apps that should be installed during device provisioning,
and indicate whether they should be restarted when the device is provisioned. Each app set you define is a
"configuration unit"that you can include in a configuration profile.
To create and work with app sets, go to Onboard + WorkSpace > WorkSpace Configuration > App Sets. The App
Sets list view opens.
