7. Click Wipe Data.
The next time the device is used and can connect to the server the specified app's data will be erased from the device.
Resetting WorkSpace
This option removes all managed devices and apps and restores WorkSpace to its factory defaults. This action:
l Removes information about all managed devices
l Removes all managed apps.
l Deletes managed apps, the WorkSpace app, and all documents and data generated and used by all managed apps
from all managed devices.
To reset WorkSpace:
1. Go to Reset to Factory Defaults.
2. Click Reset to Factory Defaults.
3. Select a Reset Type:
l Delete all MAM apps, groups, categories, and reset configuration to factory defaults.
l Delete all schema and reset to factory defaults.
4. Select the Confirm Reset check box.
5. Click Reset to Factory Defaults.
About the Self-Service Portal
The Self-Service Portal lets users manage their own onboarded BYOD devices without needing IT intervention.
Onboard or WorkSpace users can view, enable, disable, or delete a device; revoke revoke a device's client certificate;
or report a device as lost or stolen.
