Motion Policies
Enable Motion
Policy
Select this option if you want apps using this policy template to be disabled based on
the velocity of the device. Device velocity is based on data from the device's GPS and
accelerometer.
Unit
Select the unit of velocity measurement:
Miles per hour
Kilometres per hour
Maximum velocity
of the device
Required when Enable Motion Policy is selected. Enter a number. The number
defines the maximum velocity, that the device can be moving to allow the use of apps
based on this policy template.
Geo Fencing Policies
Enable Geo
Fencing
Select this option if you want to allow app use only within defined geographic
boundaries. Geographic data is obtained from the device's GPS and by its proximity to
wireless and cellular access points.
Geo Fencing
Policy
This option is where you define your geographic fence(s).
To define a geographic fence:
Click Add a new item.
Enter an address and click Search in Map. The latitude and longitude of the location
appear in a pop-up window.
Select and copy the latitude and longitude and paste them into the Coordinates field.
Enter a radius in meters.
Select whether you want apps to bu used only in this area or app use to be excluded
from this area.
To delete a geographic fence, click to select it, then click Remove.
Single Sign-On This section is for single sign-on policies.
Single Sign-On
Select this check box to enable single sign-on for WorkSpace apps that use this
template.
MDM Policies This section is for policies that only apply if the app is MDM-managed.
Single Sign-On Select this option to enable single sign-on for this MDM-managed app.
Single Sign-On
Setting
Use this drop-down list to select the single sign-on setting for this MDM-managed
app.
App Auto
Configuration
Enter the configuration dictionary to apply to the MDM-managed app. To remove any
existing managed configuration, leave this field blank.
To enter the configuration dictionary, use the following format:
