WorkSpace Settings
WorkSpace settings define security policies for managed apps and include settings for:
l Passcode
l Passcode authentication
l Lock & wipe
l Fail-safe
l Logging
Creating WorkSpace Settings
To create WorkSpace settings:
1. Go to Onboard + WorkSpace > WorkSpace Configuration > WorkSpace.
2. Click Create new WorkSpace Setting.
3. Enter the App profile name. An app profile name is required, must be unique, and should be descriptive.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the required configuration details. See the table below for details about each setting option.
iOS and Android policies are the same in each tab and allow you to specify differences based on the OS used by
the device.
6. Click Create Workspace Configuration.
App Profile Option Description
General
Name
An app profile name is required, must be unique, and should be
descriptive.
Description
While not required, a description appears in the app profile list
and so should contain additional useful details about the app
profile.
WorkSpace Banner
WorkSpace Banner
Enter text to appear across the top of the WorkSpace app when
it is open.
