and gain access to all systems without being prompted

to log in again. Enter the Email suffix that identifies the

Email address used for SSO.

Form based

Authentication

In this method of authentication, the users should either

authenticate or authorize through SSO with their domain

username or by entering their credentials on a form-based-

authentication. Enter the following details for Form-based

authentication:

l URL— Enter the URL that directs to the login form. After

authentication, the user is redirected to this URL.

l Username and Password — Enter the field names that store

the username and password. The credentials are

automatically populated by the client in these fields.

l Form/Submit ID— Enter the submit ID to invoke the form

submission.

l Email Suffix— Enter the Email suffix that identifies the Email

address used for Single-sign on.

l Auto Submit— Check this option to submit the form

automatically after the user performs a particular action in the

Miscellaneous Policies

Reauthentication

Interval

Defines the number of minutes a user can work with the apps

within WorkSpace before re-entering user name and password

credentials to re-authenticate with the server.

Configuration Poll

Interval

Defines the number of minutes between times that WorkSpace

checks the server to see if there have been any configuration

changes to it or to managed apps.

Certificate Renewal

Interval

Defines the number of days that the certificate that authorizes

WorkSpace and its manages apps will last.

Enforce Latest

When selected, this option requires that WorkSpace and the

apps within it must be the latest version to be used. If any app on

the user's device is not the latest, it is locked until it is updated.

Partner App SDK

Version

Specify the minimum SDK version required to be installed on the

WorkSpace for the partner apps.
